With blockers you can take a wonderful photo or dry your socks after washing. Made from 4mm plywood. Sanded front, back and edges. Blockers are not varnished, so you can varnish or glaze them, add decoupage or engraving to your liking.
Sock blockers are based on original examples of handmade knit stockings and are tailored to shoe sizes.
Sizing and knitting instructions
What if your shoe size matches two different blockers? If the foot is narrow and low, choose a smaller blocker size. If the foot is narrow and high, choose a larger size sock blocker. If the foot is wide, choose a larger size of sock blocker.
How to knit socks after sock blockers?
Each sock blocker is available in three sizes (EU). For example, if you use a size S (35-37 EU) sock blocker, you need to knit the socks as follows: - If you need the smallest socks (35 EU), you need to knit a sock that stretches tightly on the blocker. - If you need a medium sized sock (36 EU), you need to knit a medium stretch sock on the blocker. - If you need the largest sock (37 EU), you need to knit a sock that stretches slightly on the blocker. To make the right choice, you need to knit a control swatch and calculate its density. Refer to the size chart in the last picture. Price is per pair

It's easy to work with. The surface and holes are great and so far (both when crocheting and using the box) it's been super stable considering the thinness of the wood and it's fully served its purpose.
